How we analyze your documents
Our AI reads your document and extracts every requirement with a clear, auditable method so you know where each finding comes from.
- Extraction: We identify each distinct requirement ("shall"/"must" statements) and quote the exact text from the document.
- Severity: Mandatory language is marked High; optional is Medium; nice-to-have is Low. Each includes a short 'why' explanation.
- Citation check: We verify that each quoted requirement appears in the source text. If a quote can't be found verbatim, we flag it.
- Risk score: 0–100 scale. Higher = higher risk. We add weight per high/medium-risk requirement, with escalating penalties above 6 high-risk items.
- Export with rationale: Exports include the requirement text, severity, and the "why" so you can share an auditable trail with your team.
