How We Handle Your Tender Documents

Your tender documents are processed securely and in-memory. We do not use your private data to train our AI models (LLMs). Your documents are:

  • Encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols
  • Encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
  • Automatically purged from our processing servers after 24 hours
  • Stored in isolated environments with strict access controls
  • Never used to train or improve AI models without explicit consent
