- Who actually does the work?
- The Lucius analysis engine does the reading and drafting, and a human bid specialist reviews every deliverable line by line before it reaches you. Nothing goes out unchecked.
- What does it cover?
- One public tender pack in English, up to roughly 100 pages, single lot. Bigger or multi-volume packs belong on the Bid Desk, which is scoped per bid.
- My deadline is close. Is 3 days enough?
- Delivery is within 3 business days of us receiving your documents, usually faster. If your submission deadline is inside 5 business days, email davor@ailucius.com before buying and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
- What if my pack is not a fit?
- If we open the documents and cannot deliver this well, you get a full refund and a straight explanation, usually the same day.
- What about confidentiality?
- Your documents live in a private workspace, are never used to serve other customers, and are deleted on request. Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the EU.
- Can I do this myself instead?
