Lucius AI exists because every bid team I have spoken to keeps losing on the same things: missed mandatory clauses, contradictions between sections of the same tender, and proposals drafted faster than they were reviewed. The platform was designed around those failure modes, not the writing speed-up that most AI bid tools sell.
The product is solo-built from Mostar, Bosnia. It runs on Google Cloud (EU and Australia sovereign deployments), uses native document vision for clause-vs-clause contradiction detection and file search for page-cited audit trails, and serves compliance-first customers across the UK, Ireland, EU, US, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Writing on this blog focuses on procurement compliance, RFP audit techniques, framework-specific guidance (JCT, NEC4, FIDIC, ASDEFCON, NHS) and where AI helps versus where it makes bids worse. The goal is to publish things bid managers can actually use, not generic AI-tooling thought leadership.
