Every tender uploaded to Lucius goes through the same five steps. Each one produces something a bid team can act on, with the page it comes from, not a generic summary.

    PDFs, Word files, Excel scoresheets, images and a ZIP of the whole pack, up to 40 MB a file. Scanned pages are read as well as text, so a scanned procurement form is not skipped.

    Every requirement is listed with its page, the clause number where the document gives one, a quote from the source and a severity. Pass or fail gates, such as a minimum turnover or a mandatory certificate, are grouped under eligibility, so a gate you cannot meet shows before you read further.

    Liquidated damages and service credits, liability caps and indemnities (with a row of its own when no cap is found), payment terms, bonds, insurance, termination, TUPE and intellectual property are flagged, each with its clause, the exact wording, its page and a short note naming the risk. The verdict card adds a risk score from 0 to 100, counted from the high and medium risks and the mandatory requirements.
