Refund Policy

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.

Pack and First Bid

A Pack or First Bid is refunded in full if we cannot read your tender pack or do not deliver what its page promises, as long as you ask within 14 days of paying. Once the deliverable has been delivered as described, the purchase is not refundable.

Team

Your first Team payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Renewals are not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Enterprise

The refund terms are the ones in your signed order form.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email contact@ailucius.com from your account email.
2. Name the tender or the plan, and tell us what did not work.
3. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the law where you live.
