How the Bid Viability Scorer Works
The Bid Viability Scorer analyses key parameters of your tender opportunity (contract value, project complexity, estimated number of competitors, and scope description) to calculate an estimated win probability percentage.
Without a description, the score is a simple rule of thumb: it starts high and drops for high complexity, for more than five competitors and for a small contract value. Add a description of the scope and an AI model reads it and names the risk factors it sees. Either way it is a rough estimate from what you type, not an analysis of the tender documents.
