What a generated method statement looks like

2. Methodology
The works are delivered in three phases so that laboratory pressure cascades are held within plus or minus 5 Pa throughout (Clause 4.2, p. 11). Phase 1 installs the temporary chiller and commissions the BMS bridge before any existing plant is isolated. Phase 2 replaces the two 450 kW chillers one at a time, each change-over scheduled inside an agreed shutdown window and recorded against the programme in MS Project format (Clause 6.4, p. 19). Phase 3 covers ductwork cleaning to BS EN 15780 and commissioning to CIBSE Code A and W (Clauses 4.7 and 8.3, pp. 12 and 24).
5. Risk assessment and method statement (RAMS)
Refrigerant handling is carried out only by F-Gas certified engineers, with recovery cylinders weighed and logged before and after each charge (Clause 4.8, p. 12). Loss of pressure cascade during change-over is rated high and controlled by the temporary plant in Phase 1, continuous differential-pressure logging and a stop-work trigger at plus or minus 4 Pa. Roof-top lifts are planned under a lift plan reviewed by the appointed person, with exclusion zones agreed with the laboratory manager (Clause 5.3, p. 15).
6. Health and safety
A construction phase plan under CDM 2015 is issued before mobilisation (Clause 5.1, p. 14). COSHH assessments cover refrigerants, flushing chemicals and duct-cleaning agents, and the site induction includes the laboratory's own containment rules. Employer's liability cover is held at GBP 10 million, matching the stated requirement (Clause 7.6, p. 22).
Every paragraph is anchored to the clause and page it answers, so a reviewer can check the claim against the pack. Sections the pack does not support are left as visible gaps for you to fill, never invented.
