How the free tender audit works

Drop a tender, RFP, or ITT and Lucius reads the tender documents, clauses, annexures and schedules included, then returns a structured analysis: risk score, compliance gaps each cited to a page and the deadlines it finds. No registration, no card; a free account adds the bid verdict with the reasoning shown.

Free preview, free account, paid plans

  • Free account: the bid verdict, the 10 requirements that decide the bid and your first draft, free to read in full on one tender, two analyses a month.
  • Pack, one tender: the full matrix with page citations, later drafts, exports and reruns. Team: 10 tenders a month for up to 5 users.

Common questions

Is the AI tender analysis really free?

Yes. Upload a tender and the preview is free with no account and no card: the risk score, the top risks, the first requirements and the key dates. A free account opens the bid verdict, the 10 requirements that decide the bid and your first draft, free to read in full on one tender. A Pack, for one tender, opens the full matrix with page citations, later drafts, exports and reruns.

What does the tender analysis include?

A risk score, compliance requirements mapped to the source clauses, every deadline in the pack, and a bid or no-bid recommendation with the reasoning shown.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) tender documents, plus a PNG or JPG image of a tender page. Lucius reads the full pack including annexes and schedules.

What happens to my tender document?

It is uploaded over an encrypted connection and used only to generate your analysis. We keep it for up to 7 days so you can save the result to a free account, then delete the file and the record.

How is this different from pasting a tender into ChatGPT?

Lucius is built for procurement: it reads the whole pack (very large packs are previewed on the first pages, and the result says so), references each finding back to its page with a quote from the source, and applies tender-specific checks like compliance matrices and bid or no-bid scoring instead of general-purpose summarising.
